This website is published by Pellucid Asset Management Pty Ltd ABN 99 684 229 534 (we, us, Pellucid) as the fund manager for the Pellucid Diversified Fund ARSN 163 142 292 | APIR SLT0039AU and the Clearwater Dynamic Fund ARSN 632 489 377| APIR ETL6685AU (the Funds).
Equity Trustees Limited (Equity Trustees) ABN 46 004 031 298 AFSL 240 975 is the responsible entity for the Clearwater Diversified Fund (being Equity Trustees appointed Pellucid as the fund manager for the Funds. Pellucid is an authorised representative of DMG Financial Planning Pty Ltd ABN 22 095 967 525 AFSL 238354 (DMG Financial Planning).
Pellucid has in turn appointed K2 Corporate Services Pty Ltd ABN 90 641 203 438 (K2) as the sub investment manager of the Funds. K2 is an authorised representative of K2 Asset Management Ltd ABN 95 085 445 094 AFSL 244 393.
